"Okay, so if we're both stuck here, we're going to need some kind of funds," Neeshka says, as they wend their way through the crowd of Neverwinter's streets towards somewhere Neeshka hopes they can get a room. "Especially if we want to get out of Neverwinter. Which we do. Or, well, I do, anyway."

Too many people here knew her, and there were a variety of unhappy memories she'd rather not deal with. Plus, there's still some leftover undead from the mess further down the Sword Coast, and sneak attacks didn't work very well on undead.

"And since pickpocketing isn't going to get us very far, we're going to have to plan something bigger," she finishes.

They've been back in Neeshka's world for two days now, and with no network and no access to liminal space and no other Travelers besides themselves and Monkey-- currently in the form of exactly that, a monkey, clinging to her neck and hissing at people irritably-- Neeshka at least has decided that no Arcana rescue is likely to show up, and they'd better just get themselves settled in. It took them those two days to get north the rest of the way to the city, after being dumped in the rubble of the catacombs she and the others had been supposed to be teleported into so many years ago.

Neeshka makes a sound much like an "eep" when she suddenly finds herself standing on top of that pillar staring down, and she wavers on her feet until she remembers she's a trained thief and gryphon-rider and catches her balance again. It isn't helped that there's a guitar in one hand.

"Really? I can't even jump down and swim because of a stupid guitar?" she comments, to no one.

Monkey isn't nearby yet, it seems, and neither is... anyone else. Liminal space is full of champagne and pillars and absolutely none of the other Travelers. At least, that's how it looks from here, anyway.

"Not again," Neeshka groans, and drops to sit on her pillar, feet dangling down, looking annoyed and a little morose.
